Since starting her company in 2016, she has achieved several proud milestones. She successfully hired over 600 employees for a telecommunications company based in Malaysia and Singapore, covering both IT and non-IT positions. Additionally, she filled over 600 roles for BPO language hiring in IT and non-IT sectors. She effectively managed three payroll portfolios for clients with employee counts ranging from 250 to 600. By reducing the time-to-fill for clients to 1-1.5 months, she ensured timely onboarding of candidates; Created Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recruitment for three companies in Malaysia and Singapore. She has also coached over 1,000 employees to climb the corporate ladder, with clients spanning India, Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, and the Philippines. To date, her agency has hired nearly 5,000 employees across all clients, marking a significant milestone and achievement for her agency
